Andy Shape, CEO

Mr. Shape has over 25 years of merchandising, marketing, loyalty, licensing, and management experience.  He is the co-founder and President of Stran & Company, Inc. – a top 50 promotional, loyalty, and incentive marketing agency founded in 1994 that provides leading consumer brands with marketing support. Andy has also provided consulting and management services to early stage brands on how to launch the brand, create a marketing plan, establish distribution models, earn market share, and formulate an exit strategy.  Prior to forming Stran & Company, Andy worked at Copithorne & Bellows Public Relations (a Porter Novelli company) as an Account Executive covering the technology industry. 

Bill Hayde, Chairman

Mr. Hayde has spent over 25 years in the investment banking and securities industry, primarily focused on the CPG sector, and is Executive Vice President and co-founder of IBC, a New York based merchant bank focused on the beverage and CPG industries. He has successfully raised growth and acquisition capital for middle market companies, and facilitated mergers, acquisitions, financial restructurings and divestitures. Through his experience, Mr. Hayde also has extensive knowledge of FINRA, NASDAQ and other regulatory bodies and issues. He is also a managing director at The Interim Opportunity Fund LLC and its advisor, Waterside Capital Advisors, Inc., a newly formed fund focusing transactions with a defined strategy for exit with a heavy emphasis on the consumer markets. He is currently a registered agent for Network 1 Financial Securities.

John Carson, Director

Mr. Carson is the Chairman of IBC and the former Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of several leading beverage companies including Marbo, Inc. and Triarc Beverages, both private equity backed corporations. As Chairman of Triarc Beverages (RC Cola), he led the acquisition and integration of Snapple Beverages and expanded business internationally by leading negotiations in China, Japan, Mexico, South America, Russia and Poland. Mr. Carson led the sale of the entire beverage portfolio of Triarc to Cadbury Schweppes, generating a significant return for investors. He is former President of Cadbury Schweppes North America where he led the expansion of the Schweppes brand beyond mixers and into adult soft drinks. Tom Cardella, Director

Tom Cardella has served as a member of our board of directors since April 2016. Mr. Cardella is the founder of Cardella & Associates LLC and is a beverage industry consultant. Prior to founding Cardella & Associates in February 2015, Mr. Cardella was the President and CEO of Tenth and Blake Beer Company, a division of MillerCoors, from June 2010 to January 2015. He also served as President Eastern Division for MillerCoors from June 2008 to June 2010, where he was responsible for all commercial operations in the eastern half of the United States. Prior to the merger with Coors, Mr. Cardella was Executive Vice President of Sales and Distribution for Miller Brewing Company from May 2006 to June 2008. From August 2005 through April 2006, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Market Development and Import Brands with Miller. Prior to rejoining the Miller Brewing Company in August 2005, Mr. Cardella spent nearly a decade at InBev where he held several senior-level positions, including U.S. Vice President of Sales from September 2004 through August 2005, CEO of Beck’s North America from June 2003 through August 2004, Vice President of Strategy for FEMSA Cerveza in Monterey, Mexico (joint venture of InBev/Femsa) from January 2001 through May 2003, and Vice President of Marketing at Labatt USA from January 1996 through December 2000. Mr. Cardella spent the earlier years of his career with Miller Brewing Co. from 1978 through 1995 in various sales and marketing positions. Mr. Cardella has served on the Board of Directors of the Green Bay Packers since July 2010, the United Way of Greater Milwaukee since March 2010 and the Marcus Center for Performing Arts since July 2012. Mr. Cardella received a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York College at Geneseo and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2000.

Stephen Watkins, Director

Mr. Watkins is an experienced entrepreneur founding several successful information and business services companies; two of which, 3Clix and SMS Assist, grew to billion dollar market cap companies.  Watkins history has shown his ability to establish companies which consolidate disparate nationwide industries into a singular collaborative, centralized operating system.  Today, he focuses mainly on the Entrex Capital Market - offering a capital market system for entrepreneurs to find, track, amange, and trade alternative assets.  Mr. Watkins has been active in the US Chamber of Commerce, Fortune Small Business, and other global business forums which provide him regular opportunities to speak to entrepreneurial company CEO's about Growth, Financing and Capital formation and discuss Entrex.
